With a focus on the next generation of maritime professionals, IHB Shipping participates in this year’s edition of the Career Forum 2025 “Step into the Future”, organized by the Technical University of Varna.
The event is taking place on October 28 and 29, 2025, with the first day dedicated to engineering and maritime specialties.
The team of IHB Shipping will present to the students its concept for long-term career development, which encourages young professionals to have a stable professional perspective from their very first steps in the maritime industry. The opportunities for professional development in the Company are not bound to conditions but are oriented toward individual career growth – from the first academic practical experience to an established career. Along with the everyday life of the crews and the initiatives for sustainable maritime transportation, the students will learn more about the technical innovations that have been implemented in part of the fleet, as well as the innovations being realized in the projects for the new buildings planned to enter operation within the next years.
